Self-Check Question: What are three ways that food insecurity specifically affects elderly people in your community? What solutions could help address these challenges?
Self-Challenge: Start a mini food drive in your neighborhood or school. Set a goal to collect at least 10 non-perishable items for elderly community members in need within one week.
